The annual Nebraska QSO Party attracts amateur radio operators from across North America and around the globe seeking contacts with rare Nebraska counties.
Participants operate on SSB, CW, and digital modes (FT8/FT4) across HF bands from 80 through 10 meters. Mobile rover stations play an active role, traveling to activate rural and remote counties throughout the Nebraska Sandhills and Panhandle region.
Bonus points are awarded for contacting Nebraska Section leadership stations and designated club callsigns. The event highlights operating skill, mobile antenna design, and goodwill across the Cornhusker State.
